Welcome to #take2onparkviewheights. This East York project was all about intentional, layered design that brings harmony and softness to a modern family home. From day one, the brief was clear: create a warm, livable space that still packed a punch with materiality and detail. Take 2 was involved in ultimately creating custom solutions that made the most of every inch of the space for this busy family.
From the fluted island detail and warm oak millwork in the kitchen, to the dreamy wallpapered powder room and sculptural light fixtures throughout, every space in this home was given a distinct identity while still feeling cohesive. The main floor blends function and ease, with a cozy built-in living room bench, work-from-home nook, and plenty of concealed storage that keeps the aesthetic clean without compromising on practicality.
The result? A space that feels calm but never dull, polished but totally approachable. A modern family home that works hard—and looks damn good doing it.
