With soaring ceilings, oversized windows, and a grounded-yet-elevated palette, this High Park home was all about creating a sense of calm, comfort, and cohesion all of which Take 2 was intimately involved with. Take 2 worked on this project from design development through to the final install. We provided full elevations, lighting plans, and material sourcing, plus support with trade coordination and procurement. From the spa-like powder room with its moody florals and sleek matte black fixtures to the open-concept kitchen that balances function with understated elegance, every detail was selected to feel personal and polished.
